Lawers is a large first floor apartment with its own external staircase. The principal rooms and bedrooms are spacious providing comfortable private accommodation for up to ten persons. The recently fitted kitchen has a double oven electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge freezer. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for ten are provided. The property has gas-fired central heating with a separate gas fire in the lounge/dining room. The TV lounge has an open fire.
 
The family bathroom has an electric shower over the large cast iron bath, and an electric shaver point. The separate shower room has an electric shower and shaver point, a wash hand basin and toilet. Electricity used is charged separately at the rate we buy it. Bed linen and towels are provided. The TV has an integrated DVD player; typical BBC, ITV & non-subscription satellite channels are received, as are several radio stations. A garden area is available.
